INTERVIEW WITH PSYCHIC LOVER (YOFFY
AND IMAJO)
Anisongs.net: Please tell us
about the Psychic Lover band, is true that you
were in 5 members and now is only you and
Tatsuhiro Imajo-san ?
YOFFY: Psychic Lover
is a unit that consists of YOFFY of vocal
and
guitarist's IMAJO. Because YOFFY had
handled writing songs, the composition, and the
arrangement, it became nature and the current
shape though it had acted by the band organization
of 5 or 6 person before.
 Anisongs.net: In
2001 you did a concert in Korea, right? And in the
same period you stopped the band for a
while...could you say why?
YOFFY: Psychic
Lover has not held the concert in foreign
countries.
The reason to resign the band
activity is that the motivation
between
members doesn't decrease, and the
chemistry has been felt for a while.
It is
because of the desire that the music of Psychic
Lover is
approved, and it is possible to
be going to offer everyone a new excitement in the
future if the reason to start acting again has
YOFFY and IMAJO.
Anisongs.net: How was
the invite to sing the Transfomers theme
songs?
YOFFY: The director of the
recording label that sees Psychic Lover does the
music of Psychic Lover because of the thing
thought to be sure to suit TRANSFORMERS. And,
Psychic Lover succeeded in TRANSFORMERS in the
debut from a major recording
label.
Anisongs.net: Hey Yoffy-san which
you prefer: sing or compose? And what are the
singers that you got influenced in the beggining
of your career?
YOFFY: It is difficult
whether to choose also that I am Singer I or be a
composer. When singing appearing on a stage though
it always bears in
mind to do the highest
performance as an entertainer...
My favorite
artist is Bryan Adams, Def Leppard, and Bon Jovi,
etc... I

ROCK!!!
Anisongs.net: Imajo-san, you
started playing the guitar with 12 years
influenced by your father....in the beggining of
your career which were you favorites guitar
players nad your favorites anime songs
singers?
IMAJO: Thank you for the question.
The guitarist whom I hold in high esteem is akira
takasaki,char,edward van halen,John Petrucci...
and more more more¡ª favorites anime songs singers
is isao sasaki,hironobu kageyama,masaaki
endoh,miq,and psychic
lover!
Anisongs.net: Recently you
participated of Anime Japan Fes 2004 (AJF2004),
might you tell us something on the backstage of
the Super Hero Spirits (SHS)?
YOFFY: It
very enjoyed being able to listen to the song of
the animation
singer who had been loved
me by the life. The famous piece of music becomes
complete in the animation song of
Japan.

We checked a photo that you guys with Miyauchi,
Endoh and Kage-chan (with a T-shit of the
Brazilian soccer team!), Kage-chan, Endoh,
Okui...talked with you about their vacation to
Brazil or about the Brazilian fans?
YOFFY:
They love thing of the fan of Brazil very
much. We want also to go to Brazil every time the
wonderful experience story that they spent in
Brazil is heard and to sing my
tune.
Anisongs.net: In November it will
happen the "Super Sentai Spirits" and obviously
you will participate singing the Dekaranger theme,
may you tell something about those future
concerts?
YOFFY: Singer of Sentai song of
successive gathered, it overflowed in the spirit
that the content was thick and hot, and a
historical event. Continuing program "Super
Sentai" doesn't see the example so long
..another... It is a fullness of the heart when
thinking that Psychic Lover was able to join a
part of such a history, too. It is very
glad.
 Anisongs.net: Your song most
known is the Dekaranger theme, people around the
world like Brazil, France, Argentina, Bulgaria and
EUA know this song , how is for you know that you
have a lot of fans in many parts of the
world?
YOFFY: We are unbelievable at all
though you gave very
wonderful
information. Thing like The day
at the time of which being has suddenly become
Spardarman if it compares
it...
Anisongs.net: Might you tell us
about the production of the Dekaranger song theme,
and who invited you guys to perform it?
YOFFY:
The producer of the recording label to which
it liked the theme song of Transformers that had
become our debut tune recommended Psychic Lover.
Dekaranger valued the atmosphere of feeling that
along it also of music because a cool, stylish,
and city feeling was a
concept.
Anisongs.net: What is the first
song recorded by the Psychic Lover?
YOFFY:
It is theme song "TRANSFORMER-Dream Again" of
Transformers that
became a debut
tune.
Anisongs.net: Are you guys working
in a new song?
YOFFY: The tune of
ending theme "TAKE MY SOUL FOREVER" of the
animation of the title of "RING-ni-kakero" was
released last year. "RING-ni-kakero" is a work of
the same original person as the animated cartoon
of "SEINT SEIYA". The insertion song of Dekaranger
was recorded by the self produce. It is collected
to the album.
The title of the tune is "SWAT ON
DEKARANGER" "DEKARANGER ACTION".
The first work
offered music to the ending theme of new Sentai
"MAJIRANGER" this year. It is composition = YOFFY
and arrangement = Psychic
Lover.
Anisongs.net: Could you let a
message to your fans in Brazil?
YOFFY: I
want to go to Brazil in the near future though how
much person is waiting for our thing in Brazil
located on the other side of the earth is not
understood. Send the voice of everybody to us, and
I hope.
Hereafter, we will hold out to
answer the expectation of animation &..Sentai
fan of Brazil. With love.
